By downloading or using NT Video Player, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
NT Video Player is free to download and use with no time limit. The free plan includes local video playback and a subset of features as described on the pricing page. We reserve the right to adjust the feature set of the free plan with reasonable notice.
NT Video Player Pro is a recurring subscription billed monthly ($3/month) or annually ($30/year). Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
Your Pro licence is tied to the email address used at checkout. A licence key will be sent to that address and must be entered in the app to activate Pro features.
You may use your licence on up to two personal devices simultaneously.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Pro access until then.
Refunds are available within 7 days of your initial purchase if you are unsatisfied. Contact support@ntvideoplayer.com to request one. Renewals are non-refundable.
You may use NT Video Player for personal, non-commercial use. You must not:
NT Video Player operates primarily offline on your own hardware. Licence validation requires an internet connection periodically. We do not guarantee 100% uptime of the validation service but will make reasonable efforts to keep it available.
NT Video Player is provided "as is". We are not liable for any data loss, device damage, or indirect damages arising from use of the software. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of NT Video Player after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify active Pro subscribers of material changes by email.
