Subject to these terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use NT Video Player on devices you own or control, for personal non-commercial use.
The free version of NT Video Player may be used indefinitely at no charge, subject to the feature limitations described at ntvideoplayer.com/#pricing.
A Pro licence is granted upon successful subscription and is tied to the email address used at checkout. Your licence key activates Pro features on up to two personal devices.
The Pro licence is valid for the duration of an active subscription. If your subscription lapses, Pro features will be disabled and the app will revert to the free plan.

NT Video Player and all intellectual property rights in it remain the exclusive property of its developers. This licence does not convey any ownership rights.
We may release updates to NT Video Player from time to time. Updates are provided under the same licence terms. We reserve the right to modify features at any time, though we will not remove core functionality from active paid plans without notice.
This licence is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination you must cease all use of the software and delete all copies in your possession.
NT Video Player is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
